The War of Art by Steven Pressfield

A book about not putting shit off.  Pushing past the resistance that has kept you from writing, painting, dancing, doing whatever the fuck you've been "wanting" to do.  Not surprisingly, I put off reading this book for some time.  I finally read it.  I wrote notes in hopes that I don't fall back into habits of cunty procrastination.

• Do your fucking work
• Resistance feeds on fear
• Be prepared to confront your own self sabotage, everyday
• "It's better to be in the arena getting stomped by the bull, than to be in the stands or out in the parking lot."
