I finished this book about a month ago.  I think.  Couldn’t stop talking about buffalo.  About Native American’s running them off cliffs by the hundreds.  About white people shooting them.  About wolves.  Anything about buffalo.  Steven Rinella tells a great story of his buffalo hunt.  He’s the host of the MeatEater television show.  He’s a hunter.  A meat eater.  A conservationist.  He also has a podcast.  The MeatEater podcast.
